Electric Trap Trigger, Standard

The Humane Innovations Trap Triggers are designed to act as release mechanisms for modular (missy traps, colony traps, and group traps) and gravity door traps. These triggers are an advanced capture tool, and their use should be integrated into lost, feral, and group dog capture methodologies. 

These trigger systems can also be used with traps designed for other species, such as hogs, rabbits, and many others. Triggers are compatible with Missy Traps, Colony Traps, Group Traps, and standard Humane Live Traps. 

Our trap triggers are available with a variety of upgrades and options. Please look through the options carefully and feel free to reach out if you need support! Systems do NOT include the cage, battery, or any gate hardware. Triggers come standard with small alligator clips compatible with most battery types. 

These are advanced capture tools and must be adapted for use with some trap types.

Please note these units are made to order and require a lead time of at least 3 weeks. These triggers can also be customized in a wide variety of ways, including extended cables, waterproof disconnects, battery boxes, wiring loom, and custom camoflauge paint. Pricing starts around $250, depending upon your build. 

Trap triggers are warrantied against manufacturer defect for a period of six months. Warranty does not cover field abuse or animals chewing up components. Guard your wires! We recommend burying wires as much as possible. Tech support is available to help address common issues.
