30-Day Return Policy

Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return:

We can provide a prepaid return label or schedule FedEx pickup ($15 pickup fee applies).

Refund Details

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
  • Refunds processed within 7 business days of receiving returned items

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used items
  • Custom-made products (non-returnable and require full payment before manufacturing begins)

Refused Deliveries

Refusing delivery of undamaged merchandise will result in:

  • A 20% restocking fee
  • Deduction of all shipping costs
  • Credit to your account for the remaining balance

Tomahawk Live Trap Products

Products manufactured by Tomahawk Live Trap and purchased through our website are fulfilled directly by the manufacturer and carry a lead time of 5–14 business days from the date of order.

Because these orders are processed and prepared for fulfillment promptly after purchase, a $10 cancellation fee will apply to any Tomahawk Live Trap order canceled after it has been placed.
