The trigger snap on the other end creates an adjustable handle and allows for modular use.

The trigger snap on one end of the leash connects easily to the rope to form an adjustable handle and can be used to connect to the ring to use as a "safety lead" The other end features a slip lead with a simple cord lock.

A "safety lead" lets you put a leash on and off without touching the animal. To do this, connect the other end of the leash or a second leash to the slip-lead ring. When you're done walking, pull on the other leash or the other end and the slip-lead will open up.
